• All booked training sessions are non-refundable once completed.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

• Missed sessions or no-shows will not be refunded.

📥 Digital Products (PDFs)

• All PDF purchases are non-refundable once downloaded and accessed.

• If you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong file, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
